My review of the Endless Summer Voxbox from Influenster ESVoxBox

My latest VoxBox arrived and it was awesome! This package was called the Endless Summer Voxbox aka ESvoxbox. What an awesome way to end my summer! I created an unboxing video to give you a glimpse of what was inside.

Now I want to break down each thing I received and give you my opinions on the products. I love makeup so we will start with my favorite things in the ESVoxbox.

Max Factor Masterpiece High Precision Liquid Eyeliner. 810 Velvet Black
This eye liner was so easy to apply due to the velvet formula and the Paddle-shaped tip. Of all the eyeliners I have used in the past 20 years this was the easiest to apply as thin or as thick as I wanted! What I did  not like though is when I did the cat eye look it seemed the more area I covered the less it dried so it remained tacky and was all over my upper eyelids by the end of the day.

Max Factor MasterpieceMax High Volume and Definition Mascara. 800 Velvet Black
I am quite loyal to a particular brand of mascara but am always open to trying new ones. I did not expect to like this mascara but I was actually very happy with the results. It made my lashes look longer, thicker and darker. The curved brush made it easy to apply and stop it from clumping. I followed the directions and while doing two coats I let it dry between each coat.

I created a collage of all the different looks I tried so you could get a better idea of the results. First I took a photo of my bare lashes, second I applied just mascara and that looked pretty good. The second day I tried the cat eye with the mascara and did not like that look on me. My favorite look was on the third day when I applied a very thin line of eye liner to my upper and lower lash line and mascara on my lashes. The $2 off coupon that came in my VoxBox might come in handy the next time I go shopping!

Seche Premier colour nail polish. Intrepid
One bottle was a gorgeous shade of pink. It was shiny and went on nice and thick so I thought it would stay on for a very long time. The second was a small bottle that is Seche Vite Mini a clear Dry Fast Top Coat

I did nothing to ruin my nails such as vigorous cleaning or gardening etc. Less then 24 hours later quite a bit of the polish had a already chipped off. I am not likely to purchase this in the future!

Not Your Mother's Way To Grow Leave-In Conditioner. With Procapil
I have not used anything to detangle my hair since I was young. I loved the idea that using this on my hair would make it beautiful and healthy! I tried this out and found two ways that I enjoyed using it. I sprayed it on my wet hair after my shower and rubbed my hands over it from root to tip and brushed my hair. It smelled so good I looked forward to using it everyday. It didn't make my hair as frizz free that way. The other way I used it was on days that I did not have wet hair I would spritz the end of my dry hair with this and it would make it look beautiful and no frizz.

Numi Organic Tea. Tumeric Tea Three Roots, Cardamom Pu-erh, Jasmine Green
The weather was and for three days I sat outside in my rocking chair enjoying this tea in the warm sunshine. I heated up 1/2 a cup of water until boiling. I put one tea bug in a mug with the hot water and let it sit for 5 minutes. When the time was up I squeezed the remaining water out of the tea bag into my mug. I added 1/2 cup cold water and a few ice cups and stirred in 3 squirts of Splenda liquid sweetener. It made a great iced tea.

The Turmeric Tea was caffeine free. It smelled gross but tasted delicious! The Pu-erh was higher caffeine. It smelled and tastes good. The Jasmine is medium caffeine. It smells terrible like perfume but it tastes okay. I would not buy this in the future. If I chose one of three to purchase it would be the Turmeric Tea.

Iron-Tek Essential Protein. Chocolate
This was a sample amount so it is only half the recommended full serving size. I decided to add it to a smoothie to see how it would taste and give me something healthy to drink.

I found a recipe on Namely Marley for a Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie. I tweaked it a little and it was delicious. You can click on the link to see her original recipe.

In a blender I placed 1 c. of ice and 3/4 cup of  2 % cows milk and blended until ice was mostly crushed and milk had thickened. I then put in 1 large banana, the sample packet of Iron-Tek chocolate essential protein, and 1 T. peanut butter. Then I blended it all up and poured it into a travel mug. It was so much better then I expected. It makes me want to give up coffee and switch to drinking one of these every day.

I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. All opinons are my own.
